The observer's position and timezone can now be set using the following
environment variables:

- `KOSMORRO_LATITUDE`: the observer's latitude
- `KOSMORRO_LONGITUDE`: the observer's longitude
- `KOSMORRO_TIMEZONE`: the observer's timezone
